Brazilain Jewelery Print Ad Poses Both Style and Substance

This print ad campaign by Brazil's Aparecida Jewelery is an intriguing and contradictory ad with a dual message of female empowerment and  a self-esteem that can only be derived with designer jewelery. The first 2 print ads titled 'Few Grams' and 'High Heels' are polar opposites from the later titles 'On Their Knees' and 'Small Box'. Intentional  or not, the advertisement's copywrite does create a pragmatic dialogue that we all face in our increasingly material world.

The Frank Miller directed commercial for Gucci's Guilty Pour Homme Italian ad campaign stars Chris Evans and Evan Rachel Wood. Best known for his work on the movie Sin City, Miller has created a similar comic book influenced styled film advert. Calvin Klein CK One Ad Campaign Returns for a New Generation

Calvin Klein and director Steven Meisel have teamed up again for the latest CK One ad campaign that they first made famous back in 1994 which starred supermodel Kate Moss. The new fashion spots not only feature models but musicians, actors, artists and athletes as well. Some notables include British boxing champion Robert Evans and Swedish artist Viggo Janason. Even though 17 years has passed since the original campaign, CK and Meisel have maintained the spirit of the original, as the only notable differences between the 2 spots are the songs and the way they were edited.

Salvation Army Ad Campaign "Suprise Catwalk"

This terrific ad campaign from the Salvation Army was created for Fretex to demonstrate how second hand clothing will make up Salvation Army's fashion line. The surprise catwalk was shot during Oslo fashion week in a subway station where unsuspected people became part of the fashion show. Unlike the usual miserable faced runway models, watching real people strut their stuff is way more entertaining.
