T-Mobile has been known to use famous English speaking actors in their foreign ad campaigns with various stars such as Catherine Zeta-Jones and Snoop Dogg. It is often advantages for celebrities to partner with foreign advertisers so as not to appear as "sell outs" to their American fans. But even A-List Hollywood stars such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert Di Nero have been featured in foreign ads, most notably in both Asia and South America. Now countries like the Czech Republic are following the celebrity trend with the spot titled 'Christmas with Chuck Norris'. The world champion martial artist/actor and now internet cult hero, has numerous websites dedicated to him that feature the popular new genre of "Chuck Norris Jokes". Building on Chuck's obvious sense of humor, T-Mobile picked the perfect English speaking spokesman, as he doesn't even have to say a word.

Fun new spot for Oasis The created by Pete Candeland, Passion Paris and ad agency Publicis.
Pete Candeland and Passion Paris inject some fruity fun into Oasis Thé with a new campaign from Publicis WAM. The director, famed for his work for virtual band Gorillaz, has created a summery set of spots to advertise the iced tea drink. The campaign sees a trio of fruity characters stumble upon a Land of The Lost-style tribe of tea leafs, and features the wit and energy characteristic of Candeland’s work. Fast-moving and colourful, the campaign shows a lighter side to Candeland’s work, following the brooding menace of recent Gorillaz music video Shylo. It’s also the first time the multi-award winning director has shot a campaign specifically for the French market. The campaign, which consists of a 10s, 30s and 45s spots, will be airing in France, Belgium and Holland across TV, cinema and the internet.

Anonymous Content Director David Kellogg, working via FilmMaster for Leo Burnett Italy, created a light-hearted :30 showcasing the Fiat Doblò. Set in a sandy tropical paradise, the spot is a montage of three men goofily preparing for the rigors of fatherhood: one pats a pig slung over his shoulder, another rocks a shopping cart full of fruit, and all three wrap a coconut as though it were a newborn. The reason for the hijinx becomes apparent when their three very pregnant companions appear beside their Fiat and the whole crew piles in for a fun-filled ride along beautiful palm tree-lined roads. Kellogg executes the entire scene perfectly, wrapping an entire appealing world into the confines of a :30.
